Matt Derocher is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate and property management. Currently serving as Division President at Marketplace Homes since April 2011, Matt has been instrumental in enhancing the new home buying experience through innovative solutions that guarantee seamless transitions for buyers. Prior roles include Regional Team Leader and Senior Solutions Consultant, with previous experience as a Police Officer at the White Lake Township Police Department and as a New Home Sales Consultant at both Pinnacle Homes and PulteGroup. Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
