Mike Tamulevich

Mike Tamulevich is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Marketplace Homes since December 2021. Mike previously held various roles at the company, including President - Investment Management, President - National Brokerage, and Chief Investment Officer. Mike has vast experience in the real estate and property management industry, particularly in providing innovative solutions for new home buyers and builders.

Prior to their current position, Mike worked as the Director of Business Development at CoreCap Investments from February 2012 to March 2015. Mike also served as the Vice President - Investment Banking at Leonard Capital Markets from January 2010 to February 2012, where they excelled in transitioning from a retail-based advisory role to a consultative position for clients seeking investment banking engagements.

Mike's earlier career includes being a Vice President at Wells Fargo Advisors from September 2007 to June 2010, a Vice President at Fisher Investments from November 2006 to October 2007, and a Senior Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch from May 1997 to February 2005. Throughout their work experience, Mike has demonstrated expertise in developing networks, displaying core competencies in various industries, and delivering valuable financial advice and solutions.

Mike Tamulevich attended De La Salle Collegiate High School from 1990 to 1993. Mike then pursued their higher education at Walsh College from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting with a focus on Accounting and Finance.
