Jeff Pearson

Jeff Pearson is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as a Managing Broker and Sales Consultant at Toll Brothers since October 2023. Previously, Jeff held the position of Managing Broker at Marketplace Sotheby's International Realty from May 2022 to August 2024 and worked as a Real Estate Broker at John L. Scott Mill Creek Town Center for nearly two decades, from January 2003 to June 2022. Additionally, Jeff served as Site Sales Manager and Land Acquisition Consultant for The Sundquist Homes Family of Companies from 2014 to April 2017. Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and Business from Washington State University, completed between 1995 and 1998, and has an undergraduate background in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington, attended from 1993 to 1995.
