Caitlin Gilman Esclusa started their career in 2008 as a QA Engineer at Sterling Commerce. Caitlin then transitioned to IBM in 2010, where they held roles such as Staff Software Engineer, SME & Technical Sales Specialist, Market Readiness Lead, and Sales Enablement Leader for AI Applications in the Supply Chain portfolio until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Delivery Director at Marketplacer since 2021. Throughout their career, Caitlin has gained extensive experience in sales enablement, market readiness, and technical sales within the technology industry.

Caitlin Gilman Esclusa graduated from Hartwick College in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics and Computer Science. Caitlin has also obtained various certifications from IBM including Next Generation Platform for IBM Sterling Order Management on Cloud Specialist in 2020, IBM Recognized Teacher/Educator in 2019, First Patent File in 2018, and IBM Volunteers - Gold in 2018.
