Andrew Carroll currently serves as the West Area Market Director for the Ford-Protect ProfitBuilder Program at MarketSource Inc. since August 2019, following a robust career at various dealerships from 1996 to August 2019, where positions included General Sales Manager, General Manager, and Operating Partner. Throughout this tenure, Andrew provided leadership and implemented innovative initiatives to promote a collaborative and customer-friendly dealership environment. Additionally, in previous roles as Finance Manager and Director, Andrew exhibited a strong ability to enhance product sales and customer financing, particularly for clients with challenging credit histories.
