Jeff McKenzie has extensive experience in operations and customer service, primarily with MarketSource Inc., where roles included Operations Director for both Tracfone and T-Mobile, as well as Business Analyst and Regional Coordinator for T-Mobile. Prior to this, Jeff served as a Customer Service Representative at Family Financial Needs Assessment and held the position of Student Pastor at Westwood Baptist Church. Educationally, Jeff earned a Master of Divinity (MDIV) from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Languages from Union University.
