Matthew Bulthuis

Matthew Bulthuis is an experienced geospatial intelligence professional, currently serving as Geospatial Intelligence Manager at MarketSource Inc. since April 2019. Previous roles include GIS Strategy Analyst II, Business Analyst, and Business GIS Analyst, where responsibilities involved sourcing, managing, and analyzing geospatial data to create analyses for RFPs. Matthew founded Flynn Geospatial in August 2018, providing customized geospatial solutions such as business consulting and environmental consulting. Additional experience includes roles as GIS Analyst at Icon Engineering and GIS Technician for Athens-Clarke County Unified Government, with a focus on web mapping and data analysis. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental & Spatial Analysis and a Certificate in Geospatial Technologies from the University of North Georgia.
