Stephen Hill

Stephen Hill is an accomplished technology and innovation leader with extensive experience in organizational development, product management, and business transformation. Currently serving as Director of Technology, Innovation, Learning & Development at MarketSource Inc. since September 2021, Stephen has previously held significant roles at EASi as Managing Director of Services Enablement, where responsibilities included overseeing shared services and leading business transformation initiatives. At Allegis Group, Stephen functioned as Executive Director of Product Development and Chief Product Owner, establishing the Product Management function and driving Agile adoption. Prior to that, Stephen spent nearly 17 years at Aerotek, progressing through various leadership positions, significantly contributing to revenue growth, operational alignment with customer needs, and the successful implementation of client programs. Academic credentials include studies at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an Associate Degree from Catonsville Community College.
