Courtney Rodriquez

Courtney Rodriquez has a strong background in HR and talent acquisition. Courtney worked as the Vice President of People Success at MarketStar, where they focused on cultivating workplace cultures and driving organizational success through people. Courtney also served as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they partnered with the organization on talent attraction and selection. Prior to MarketStar, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Wayfair and as a Regional Coordinator at Horace Mann. Courtney started their career as a Lead Business Outreach Coordinator at Independence University.

Courtney Rodriguez holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from the University of Utah, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification, which they expect to obtain in 2024 from SHRM.
