Theo S. Shikov

Theo S. Shikov has a diverse work experience. Theo S. is currently Vice President of Bulgaria Operations at MarketStar, where they lead the Bulgarian office and helps scale direct sales, partner channels, and customer success strategies. Additionally, they are an Adjunct Lecturer at the American University in Bulgaria, teaching students valuable skills and knowledge. Theo S. is also a Partner and Lecturer at SalesPRO, a professional sales program, and a Mentor / Expert at Kickstart Innovation and Seedstars, where they provide guidance and support to startups. Furthermore, Theo is the Bulgaria Chapter President and Founding Member of the Sales Enablement Society, aiming to enhance sales productivity and drive growth. Theo S. also served as a Board Member at AABG - AIESEC Alumni Bulgaria, an organization that unites former members of AIESEC Bulgaria. As a Member of the Management Board at BAIT, the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies, Theo worked towards developing the Bulgarian ICT industry and the ICT market. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Out2Bound, a sales development agency that was acquired by MarketStar. Theo S. also held the role of Head of Business Development and Founder at Out2Bound. Additionally, Theo was a 2019 YTILI Fellow at the German Marshall Fund of the United States, participating in a fellowship program aimed at fostering transatlantic innovation. Overall, Theo S. Shikov has an extensive background in sales leadership, teaching, mentoring, and contributing to various professional organizations and initiatives.

Theo S. Shikov has an Associate's Degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College (2016). Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Public Relations and Applied Communication from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski (2015-2016), and a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the same university (2008-2012).
