Hem Desai has been working in the software engineering industry since 2017. Hem began their career as a Software Engineer at Agami Tech, where they worked for three years. In 2020, they moved to Finlogicindia Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Executive. In 2021, they joined AIT Global India as a Jr.FullStack Developer and also began working as a Senior Java Developer at MarketTime B2B.

Hem Desai obtained a BE - Bachelor of Engineering in Java from GIDC DEGREE ENGINEERING COLLEGE, NAVSARI between 2013 and 2017. In 2021, they obtained the CutShort Certified Java - Basic certification from CutShort. Hem also obtained the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification from Scrum Alliance in 2022.
