Andrew Kilpatrick

Founder, Managing Partner & CFO at Markham Capital Partners

As Founder, Managing Partner and CFO of Markham Capital Partners, Andrew is responsible for corporate strategic direction, portfolio management, fundraising and deal management.

Prior to forming Markham Capital Partners, Andrew was President of INNOVA Equity, Inc. a California based private equity firm focused on real estate development and growth capital investments, which has become a portfolio company of Markham. Andrew also served as CFO and Managing Partner of a family office with more than half a billion dollars in assets under management. He served in various capacities on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento Angels, the sole angel investing group in the Sacramento area, ending as Board Chairman.

Andrew graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.S. in Genetics and a minor in Religious Studies. While there he worked under Dr. Ken Burtis conducting research into oncogenes in drosophila melanogaster (fruit flies) and founded a chapter of the American Medical Students Association.

Andrew married his high school sweetheart. They serve on the Parent’s Council at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA, and are passionate about helping kids become all they can be. Andrew enjoys flying airplanes, backpacking, SCUBA diving, snow skiing, fly fishing and recently took up triathlons.
