Jason Weiss

Over the past 20+ years Mr. Weiss has spent his career representing and consulting public and private companies, along with judicial and governmental agencies. After finishing Order of the Coif in law school, Jason started his career in the Appellate Court via clerkships with two different courts of appeals. This platform landed him in the United States Attorney’s office, during the Janet Reno administration.

Subsequently, he moved to the private sector as in-house counsel with a Silicon Valley technology company. In this capacity, he took the company public, positioning it for a leveraged buyout to a top-5 technology firm.

After representing several other public companies, he then moved to ownership of a large commodities distribution company, where he brought his political, governmental and Valley network. This company witnessed 5000-percent growth over a 5-year period.

At the core of his talents and training is the ability to ask questions, spot opportunities and encourage people. He currently advises and mentors executives nationwide. His passion is to support and equip leaders to be groundbreakers.
