Wilfred Au

Wilfred (Wil) Au is an accomplished finance executive, with over 20 years of experience and is currently the Vice President & Deputy Chief Accountant at TD Bank Group where he leads a team that provides accounting advisory support on specialized and complex accounting issues and disclosure matters. Prior to joining TD, Wil practiced public accounting with Deloitte & Touche LLP, including as a National Office specialist on Canadian and US Securities reporting and disclosure requirements and as a secondee to the Chief Accountant's Office of the Ontario Securities Commission.

Wil currently serves on the Board at Oak Valley Health as a Community Member and is a member of the Development and Planning Committee. Wil is a passionate supporter of Inclusion and Diversity and at TD, serves as a member of Finance's Visible Minority Committee and leads the Finance Inclusion & Diversity Mentoring Program.
