Lois Sheaffer-Kramer is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in leadership training, community services, government relations, and respite education and support tools. Lois is known for their passion for improving healthcare systems and caregiver support nationwide. Lois serves in various roles such as Training and Staff Development Manager, Director of Community Services, Director of Government Relations and Community Support, Master Trainer, and Director of Children's Services. Currently, Lois is the Author and National Director at REST, where Lois oversees the training of REST Companions across the country.
