Allen Chang

Allen is responsible for the onsite management of a dynamic team of IT PMs and Technical resources that support a variety of client efforts. Offsite, Allen dedicates time to working with team members to plan, manage, and maintain their professional growth goals.

Prior to joining Anser Advisory, Allen served as the Director of Human Resources for integrateIT. There he led multiple teams responsible for a variety of project/portfolio implementations and served as a subject matter expert for the client in an enterprise-wide portfolio management suite. For previous Intelligence Community clients, he served as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin and as a business process consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.

Allen earned a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the University of Pittsburgh and a master’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus. He is a certified Project Management Professional.
