Chris Stevenson

Chris leads Markon’s proposal delivery center and is an experienced client delivery manager for several Intelligence Community clients. He has more than 20 years of experience in financial and cost management, cost estimating, analysis, and project management. He has experience with capture and proposals ranging from large Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts down to Task Order (TO) level proposals.

Since joining Markon in 2008, he has provided project management, financial consulting, and strategic planning services to the Intelligence Community, Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of State (DoS). Previously with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers, Mr. Stevenson received two NGA citations for meritorious performance, as well as four consecutive Program Manager Letters of Recognition.

He also performed various finance consulting duties for Fannie Mae, the IRS, and an Investment Banking consortium, including JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Stevenson has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, a BS in Business Administration from Bucknell University, and certifications as a Scrum Master and Product Owner.
