Glenn Richardson

Glenn is an accomplished professional with more than 35 years of experience in the facility and construction management industries. Glenn joined Markon in 2011 and has provided construction management support for multiple Intelligence Community (IC) entities as well as the District of Columbia Courts project, valued at $663 million. He has considerable experience supporting construction and facilities in hostile OCONUS locations for the Department of Defense.

He is a proven leader and manager with 30 years of military service as both a Senior Enlisted and Commissioned Officer with the U.S. Navy Seabees and Civil Engineer Officer Corps. Glenn is a successful project manager with more than 20 years of direct experience involving execution of U.S. Government construction contracts.

Glenn holds a master’s degree in Project Management from Devry University, as well as a BA in Business Administration from Northwood University. His certifications include Certified Construction Manager, Certified Facility Manager,LEED Accredited Professional, and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential. In 2015, Markon honored Glenn with the Professional Development Award.
