David Cutlip is an accomplished environmental services professional with extensive experience in coordinating and performing a variety of environmental tasks from initial study phases through construction. Currently serving as Vice President of Environmental Services at Markosky Engineering since July 2012, David has a proven track record in NEPA documentation, wetland delineation, mitigation design, surface water assessments, and agency coordination. Prior to this role, David worked as Environmental Manager at Maguire Group Inc. for over 22 years, and as Soil Erosion Control Technician at Allegheny County Conservation District. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from West Virginia University.
