Joyce Markosky is a seasoned professional in the engineering field, with a career spanning over three decades. Since August 1999, Joyce has served as President of The Markosky Engineering Group, Inc. Prior to this role, Joyce was a Consultant from 1994 to 1999 and held positions as Project Engineer at both Gwin, Dobson & Foreman, Inc. and HNTB between 1993 and 1994, and 1989 to 1993, respectively. Joyce began the engineering career at Cella Barr Associates as an Engineer from 1986 to 1989. Joyce earned a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering with a focus on Environmental studies from Penn State University between 1981 and 1986.
