Nisha Dahiya

Nisha Dahiya has extensive experience in e-commerce and operations management, currently serving as Manager of the Ecommerce Partner Business at Marks and Spencer Reliance India Private Limited since October 2015. In this role, Nisha manages B2B and B2C marketplaces, overseeing various aspects such as forecast planning, order management, financial reconciliation, and catalogue management. Prior to this, Nisha held the position of Deputy Manager at Arise India Ltd. and Senior Executive at Sahara Q Shop, where responsibilities included preparing sales and inventory dashboards and utilizing SAP for reporting. Nisha holds a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Operations Management from Sikkim Manipal University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Additionally, Nisha completed further education at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Mumbai.
