U-ways E. is a passionate Staff Software Engineer at Marks and Spencer, currently enhancing developer productivity within a high-performing team. Previously, they held various roles at Sky, including Lead Software Engineer, where they focused on AdTech engineering and fostering best practices like Test Driven Development. U-ways began their engineering journey as an Open Source Contributor at the Open Source Initiative, where they created multiple significant projects and contributed to various community efforts. They hold a First Class Honours degree in Computer Science from the University of Kent and an Extended Diploma in Information Technology from The Bedford College Group.
