Brian L. Fox

Brian L. Fox, CPA, serves as Chief Financial and Operating Officer for and is a Partner with Marks Paneth LLP. In this role, he heads the firm’s internal accounting, credit, and collection and cash management functions. He works closely with the firm’s Executive Committee and plays a key role in strategic planning.

Prior to joining Marks Paneth, Mr. Fox spent several years as the chief financial officer of an environmental engineering and commercial contracting firm based in Hartford, Connecticut. He was also the divisional chief financial officer of a construction management and real estate development firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Fox began his career in public accounting, working in the assurance and business advisory services division of a global professional services firm. He was based in that firm's Hartford, Connecticut, and West Palm Beach, Florida offices.
