Monica Tu has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Monica has held various positions at different companies, including Markwins Beauty Brands, BH Cosmetics, Lorac Cosmetics Inc, Auraline Beauty Private Label Cosmetics, Jouer Cosmetics, ORLY International, and Cogent Partners, Inc.

At Markwins Beauty Brands, Monica has worked their way up from an Assistant Manager of New Product Development to their current position as the Director of Product Development for Wet n Wild. Monica has also held roles as a Senior Manager and Manager of New Product Innovation for the same brand.

Before joining Markwins Beauty Brands, Monica was a Product Development Coordinator at BH Cosmetics. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Development Project Coordinator at Lorac Cosmetics Inc.

Monica also gained experience as a Production Coordinator at Auraline Beauty Private Label Cosmetics and had an internship as a Product Development Intern at the same company. Monica interned as a Marketing Intern at both Jouer Cosmetics and ORLY International.
