Teresa Terrone has extensive experience in the beauty industry, with a focus on brand management and marketing. Teresa is currently the Brand Director of International at Markwins Beauty Brands since January 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Intl. Brand manager & Merchandising Manager at the same company since April 2016. Before joining Markwins Beauty Brands, Teresa worked at Elizabeth Arden from March 2011. During their time there, they served as a Brand Manager for skincare, makeup, and fragrances. Their responsibilities included category management, forecasting, in-store promotions, pricing analysis, budget building, and sales meeting management. Teresa also handled trade marketing activities, digital management and strategic planning, media planning on beauty magazines, and direct marketing assets. Prior to Elizabeth Arden, they worked at Chantecler SpA as a Marketing & Communication specialist, where they managed marketing and communication actions, BTL and ATL material production, and PR and events planning. Teresa's earlier work experience includes a role as a Training Assistant at Kanebo Cosmetics and a position as a Retail & Communication Specialist at Sephora.
Teresa Terrone obtained their Bachelor's degree in public relation and advertising from IULM University from 2001 to 2005. Teresa then pursued a Master's degree at the same university from 2005 to 2006, specializing in investor relation and financial analysis.
