Nichola Hodgson

Nichola Hodgson is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in compliance monitoring and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Compliance Analyst at The Marlborough Group since July 2021, Nichola previously held the position of Head of Compliance Monitoring at Octopus Investments from July 2017 to May 2021. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at IFDS, where Nichola was instrumental in setting up the Risk and Compliance Monitoring Programme and establishing quarterly risk assessments.
