Caitlin Persa

Caitlin Persa is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in educational support, account management, and environmental studies. Currently serving as a Paraeducator at Marlborough School since September 2017 and as an Account Development Manager at Barton Associates Inc. since July 2017, Caitlin has demonstrated strong skills in communication and organizational support. Previous roles include Receptionist at Portland Rose Festival Foundation, where responsibilities included administrative support for a major event, and various positions at Connecticut College, including Office Assistant, Landscape Laborer, and Assistant Curator Intern, focusing on plant management and data organization. Caitlin also contributed as a Garden Designer for the Avalonia Land Conservancy and gained public relations experience through an internship at Star Wind Turbines LLC. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies and Botany from Connecticut College and participated in a summer session focused on tropical ecosystems.
