Previously held roles at Marle Group included Responsable métallurgie, fusion et traitements thermiques, leading a team in production processes, and engineer metallurgique, focused on improving metallurgical solutions. Prior to Marle Group, Franck PEZARD worked at Groupe PSA as a technicien méthodes and technicien métallurgie, engaging in material analysis, technological oversight, and quality assurance. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in metallic materials from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a DEST in metallurgical engineering from Université Henri Poincaré, among others.
