Alex Rhodes

Alex leads the company’s operations and has responsibility for their contact centers, operational strategy, and platform management. He also oversees the company’s strategic sourcing activities. Alex is passionate about building exceptional teams, working with emerging digital capabilities, and empowering colleagues and customers. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching youth sports, and fishing on Maryland’s eastern shore.
