Andrew Deringer

Andrew has over 20 years of financial services experience working with banks, asset managers and other institutional investors. Andrew leads their institutional investor business, capital markets activities and corporate development efforts focused on exploring M&A opportunities. Prior to joining Marlette, Andrew was head of the institutional investor group at Lending Club and built their nationwide bank program. Prior roles include investment banking and corporate strategy at Morgan Stanley and in bank regulation at the Federal Reserve.
