As a Connection Coach, I support people who function well on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or ‘not quite themselves’ on the inside. 

My work helps them reconnect with their inner world so they can live and relate from a place of authenticity, clarity and ease.

My approach blends deep conversation with experiential, body-based work. Clients don’t just talk about what’s going on, they feel new possibilities from the inside out.

This tends to ripple into everyday life: steadier boundaries, more inner clarity, deeper ease, and a sense of being genuinely at home in themselves again.
