Tom Lyle

Tom Lyle is the current Global COO at Marlin Capital Solutions. Tom has previous experience as a Business Integration Manager, Credit Analyst, and National Account Manager.

Lyle began their career in 1998 as a National Account Manager and Syndication Desk Manager at Preferred Capital. In 2000, they became a Credit Analyst at Advanta Leasing Services. The following year, they joined Compaq Financial Services and was acquired by HP to become HPFS. In 2001, they became a Mid-Ticket Credit Analyst at HP. Tom left HP in 2002 to become Business Integration Manager at Pitney Bowes, where they developed the business case for an enterprise wide Business Transformation to reduce expenses and deliver a better customer experience. Tom also led a large cross-functional team to convert a lease portfolio to a different lease accounting system. Lyle left Pitney Bowes in 2010 to take their current position as Global COO at Marlin Capital Solutions.

Tom Lyle first earned their MBA in finance and entrepreneurship from NYU Stern School of Business. Tom then went on to earn their business administration degree in finance from Humboldt State University. Tom is also a Certified Lease and Finance Professional (CLFP).

Tom Lyle reports to Bill Stephenson, Global CEO. They are on a team with Amy Vetere - Global Chief Informational Officer, Richard Irwin - CFO & Senior Vice President, and Gregory Sting - COO & Senior Vice President.
