Gregg Grobler

Gregg Grobler is the CFO and co-chief operating officer at Marlin Hawk. Gregg has over three decades of experience in finance and has worked as a management consultant for many years. Gregg has led finance teams through periods of change and transition and has directed the acquisition and due diligence of new businesses. Gregg has also implemented business strategies and financial reporting systems for various companies. Some of their most notable accomplishments include improving EBITDA by 21% within 12 months for Temperley London and reducing costs by 25% for the same company within the same time frame. Gregg also successfully implemented an automated accounts payable process for SABMiller Plc that resulted in over 3,000 invoices being processed per day with minimal human intervention.

Gregg Grobler has a diverse and accomplished educational background. Gregg has an Executive Masters in Change from INSEAD, making him well-suited for a career in change management. Gregg is also a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA), giving him a strong financial foundation that they can apply to roles in finance and general management. In addition, Gregg has executive and organizational coaching experience from Columbia University, making him an effective leader and coach. Finally, Gregg holds a BA in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika (cum laude), as well as a Bachelor of Commerce - BCom from the same institution. Gregg also has a certification from the CIMA in CGMA - Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
