Marlin Human Capital partners with organisations when technology leadership hiring happens under delivery pressure.

We operate inside live transformation environments - where CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and transformation leaders are building teams, resetting capability, or stabilising delivery while change is already in motion. We also work with CEOs, COOs, and CFOs hiring senior technology leaders when timing, credibility, and execution matter.

Our focus is not volume recruitment. It’s context-first hiring in moments that carry consequence.

Through executive search, interim leadership, and permanent and contract recruitment, we help organisations reduce hiring risk by aligning leadership capability to the environment leaders are stepping into - not just the role description.

Marlin works through specialist technology and transformation practices, allowing depth over breadth. We’re typically engaged once transformation is underway, expectations are compressed, and leadership decisions need to be right the first time.

Australian owned and headquartered in Sydney, we support organisations across Australia and international markets where technology leadership directly shapes momentum, confidence, and outcomes.
