Jørgen Baisgård

Jørgen Baisgård currently serves as the Director of Customer Solutions Engineering at Marlink since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jørgen held various positions at NAGRA from February 2007 to June 2025, including System Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team in Norway and India while providing technical expertise for customer projects. Additionally, Jørgen worked as a Senior System Engineer, focusing on product and process improvements, and as a System Service & Partner Manager, emphasizing service and customer satisfaction. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Technical Support Engineer at Gilbarco Veeder-Root from August 2002 to January 2007, overseeing technical support for product portfolios in Norway. Jørgen holds an Executive Master of Management in Digitalization, Innovation, and Business Models from BI Norwegian Business School, a Master's Degree in Organization and Management from Østfold University College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunication from Oslo and Akershus University College.
