Neil Pallett has extensive experience in the fire and security industry, having worked in various engineering roles since 1997. Neil began as a Senior Engineer at Codrus Fire and Security and held the same title at Grange Fire and Security before progressing to Engineer roles at Chubb Fire & Security Group, SECOM Plc, and ultimately Marlowe Fire & Security. At Marlowe Fire & Security, Neil advanced to Regional Service Manager, demonstrating leadership and expertise in technical operations over a career that spans nearly three decades.
