As CEO and Co-founder of Marmalade Events&Creativity, Marcello focuses on innovative event concepts. Additionally, Marcello coordinates events for TEDxCortina and TEDxPadova, fostering the sharing of ideas among thinkers and innovators. With a strong background in project management from roles in companies like BeyondTheLine and LECLETTICO, Marcello has also co-founded ITAW, a platform connecting professionals in advertising and entertainment, showcasing a commitment to collaboration and community building. Marcello's educational background includes a technical degree in industrial chemistry from ITIS Salvatore Lirelli.
