Matan Even Zur

Matan Even Zur is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Marmanet since 2018. In this role, Matan manages national, outsourced government projects and oversees a significant budget while optimizing processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Prior experience includes directing the Projects Division at URBANICS LTD and serving as a Senior Project Manager at the Western Galilee Regional Cluster. Matan has also held several project management positions with organizations such as the Negev Development Authority and 013 Netvision. Matan holds an M.B.A. in non-profit organizations from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and public policy from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
