Kurt Zoellick has held various roles throughout their career, starting with their work at G&W Electric Co. as an R&D Intern from an unspecified date in 2005 to 2008. Kurt then moved on to Valparaiso University, where they worked on an independent undergraduate research project from December 2007 to May 2008. Kurt later joined the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as a Research Assistant from August 2008 to June 2011.
In 2010, Kurt began their tenure at Cornelius, initially starting as a Refrigeration and Systems Engineer responsible for designing, building, and testing consumer beverage dispensing units. Kurt supported projects from concept to production ramp-up, as well as improving existing products. Kurt later took on the role of Engineering Manager - Coca-Cola Segment from January 2015 to April 2017, overseeing engineering activities specific to the Coca-Cola segment. Finally, from April 2017 to July 2020, Kurt served as the Engineering Manager/Technical Lead, providing technical guidance for a major new product development program and collaborating with key customers.
Currently, Kurt holds the position of Director of Engineering at Marmon Foodservice Technologies, where they are responsible for driving new product development and continuous improvement for the refrigerated equipment portfolio. Kurt's expertise lies in managing engineering teams and their technical background in refrigeration and thermal sciences.
Kurt Zoellick obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Kurt then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2008 to 2010.
