Rich Bauer

Rich Bauer is an experienced technical product manager and engineer with a strong background in product design and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Technical Product Manager at Marmon Foodservice Technologies since November 2023, Rich previously held multiple key roles at Prince Castle, including Engineering Manager and Sr. Mechanical Engineer, focusing on restaurant equipment. Prior to that, Rich worked at PerkinElmer as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer, contributing to pharmaceutical instrumentation, and began an engineering career at Livingston Products, Inc., where responsibilities included product design and development for medical, industrial, and consumer products.
