Robert Foster

Robert Foster has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the foodservice industry. Robert is currently the Head of Commercial Sales, Restaurants - Americas at Marmon Foodservice Technologies. Prior to this, they founded their own company, LevelUP One, LLC. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Restaurant Excellence at Subway, where they were responsible for driving operational improvement and developing the capabilities of restaurant teams. Foster also held leadership positions at Tucker Safety Products, Burger King Corporation, Nath Companies (a Burger King franchisee), and Walt Disney World, where they managed multiple restaurants and ensured exceptional food quality and guest experiences.

Robert Foster obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the UCF College of Business between 1986 and 1993. Robert also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Stetson University from 1989 to 1991. In addition, they obtained certifications in Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022 and Marketing Strategy from Cornell University in 2020.
