Emma Connolly

Emma Connolly is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in customer and consumer insights, project management, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Customer and Consumer Insights Manager for Growth and Innovation at Marmon Retail Solutions since June 2023, Emma previously held leadership roles at REAL Insight Inc. from January 2016 to May 2023, including Project Director and Associate Project Director. Emma's entrepreneurial experience as the owner and stylist at Salon E.Q from 2003 to October 2012 involved managing all aspects of a small business. Emma holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Marketing from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
