Neil Bratcher

Neil Bratcher currently serves as the Vice President of Finance & Group CFO at Marmon Retail Solutions since January 2020. Previously, Neil held the position of Vice President Finance at Elior North America, managing a $300 million Prepared Meals business. Prior experiences include roles as Director of Finance at Kellogg Company, where responsibilities included management of the Specialty Channel Business Unit, and at ARAMARK Healthcare, overseeing a $300 million region. Neil also served as Director of Finance at Hostess Brands and Senior Finance Manager at TreeHouse Foods, both managing significant business units. Neil’s career started as Division Controller at Adecco and a Manager at Kelly Services, focusing on financial management, strategic planning, and accounts receivable oversight. Neil holds an MBA from Benedictine University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Finance from the University of Michigan.
