Mariam Talaat

Mariam Talaat is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in recruitment and talent management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Supervisor at MARMONIL since July 2022, Mariam oversees the entire recruitment process for various positions. Previously, Mariam worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Carina Wear, managing recruitment from job posting to offer stage. Earlier roles include HR Specialist at Misreya Medical and Recruiter at NewLife HR, where Mariam managed the full recruitment cycle and built qualified candidate pools. Additionally, Mariam started a career in the financial sector as a Loans Officer at the Coptic Evangelical Organization for Social Services.
