Mina Fawzy

Mina Fawzy has a range of work experience in production engineering and supervision. They have worked as a Production Section Head at Marmonil since 2022, where their responsibilities include pulling orders from different sales sections. Prior to this, they worked as a Production Supervisor at Trans Business for Trading & Distribution from 2020 to 2022, where they led and supported a team, organized their activities, and ensured production standards were met. Before that, they held the position of Senior Production Engineer at Marmonil from 2019 to 2020, where their responsibilities included order coordination. From 2017 to 2019, they served as a Production Section Head at Cepack Group, where they planned daily plant operations and supervised production. They also worked as a Production Engineer at Cepack Group from 2015 to 2017, where they directed and controlled production activities. Their earliest work experience in the field was as a Production Engineer at Arma Group from 2014 to 2015, where they ensured production plan execution and prepared shift production reports.

Mina Fawzy attended Ain Shams University from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Production as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Design and Production. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including a Lean Green Belt Certification from Symbios Consulting in August 2016. More recently, they have received numerous certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as statistics, coaching skills, project management, leadership, and lean six sigma.
