Terri Dugan

Terri Dugan is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in maintaining quality standards across multiple facilities. Since February 2004, Terri has served as the Regional Quality Manager and previously as the Quality Assurance Manager at Marmon/Keystone LLC, overseeing inbound and outbound quality for the East Region and managing ISO 9001:2015 certification at 11 facilities. Prior to this role, Terri was the Business Systems Manager at Slater Steels Corporation from October 2002 to October 2003, where responsibilities included establishing TS 16949, ISO 14000, and ISO 18000 certifications before the facility's closure. Terri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from Illinois State University.
