Yang Ye

Yang Ye is an experienced finance and tax executive with a proven track record in creating sustainable long-term value for shareholders across various industries, including healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Currently, Yang serves as a Senior Director of Global Tax Planning and Transfer Pricing at Avantor and is a member of the Board of Directors for Marnita's Table. Previously, Yang held senior roles at UnitedHealth Group and Organon, among others, and has taught as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University. Yang earned multiple degrees in tax and law, including an MBT from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
