Claudia Johnson has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the real estate industry, having served as Community Sales Manager at Maronda Homes since March 2004 and as Sales Manager for Maronda Homes at New Home Star since February 2018. Prior to these roles, Claudia worked in sales and marketing for Avatar Holdings and Pulte Homes, generating significant revenue through marketing efforts for start-up communities. Early career highlights include product development in sales and marketing at US WEST - Interactive Visitor's Guide and serving as Marketing Manager & Membership Administrator at the Orlando/Orange County Convention and Visitors Bureau, Inc. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Business and Marketing from the University of Central Florida and a Liberal Arts Degree from Valencia College.
