Trudy Barton

Trudy Barton is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in the homebuilding and real estate industries. Currently serving as the Assistant Controller at Maronda Homes since February 2019, Trudy has honed skills in month-end close processes, financial statement preparation, and budget reviews. Previously, Trudy held the position of Assistant Controller at Lennar from July 2008 to January 2018, where responsibilities included managing joint venture pro-formas, overseeing sales commission calculations, and participating in a focus group for ERP software implementation.
