Eddie Leufray

Eddie Leufray has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eddie started their career as a Graphic Artist in 1992, specializing in Graphic Design, Concept Art, and Illustrations. Eddie worked as a self-employed professional until 2016.

In 2005, Eddie joined T-Mobile as an FCR III, focusing on inbound collections for large dollar accounts. During their tenure, they also served as a Role Model Representative in Training and took on interim management responsibilities.

Eddie co-founded Gryphon-Monarch Group, Inc. in 2013, a small-business support source. In this role, they oversaw product and design editing, new client acquisition, marketing analysis, and final approvals on outgoing advertisements until April 2020.

From 2016 to 2021, Eddie worked at Continental Benefits, initially as a Customer Service Trainer, responsible for training and development of new hire trainees. Eddie then moved on to become a COBRA Supervisor, managing a team specialized in the conversion and maintenance of former employees under group health plans to COBRA coverage. Eventually, they took on the role of Client Enrollment and COBRA Manager before the company was acquired by Marpai, Inc.

Currently, Eddie is the Director of Enrollment and COBRA for Marpai, Inc. In this position, they oversee teams dedicated to customer coverage, eligibility, and satisfaction. Their responsibilities include managing all aspects of COBRA interactions, from qualifying event notifications to monthly premium billing.

Eddie Leufray started their education at Tampa Catholic in 1984 and attended the school until 1986. Eddie then went on to study at Brandon Senior High School from 1986 to 1988. After completing high school, Eddie pursued higher education at Tampa Technical Institute, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Commercial Art and Video Production from 1993 to 1995.
